Okie's story
Okie is all smiles all the time! She is constantly grinning at people. She loves to be petted and talked to in a gentle voice. She has a calm and patient demeanor. We recently rescued her from a life on a chain and she has expressed her thanks ever since. Okie wants to be where the people are, not confined to a space in the yard all alone. She hasn't had many pleasant interactions with other dogs and would prefer to be the only dog in her home. With her love of people and gentle nature we think she could do well with kids in the home.
Okie is about 5 years old and weighs about 57lbs. She has been spayed, vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped, heart worm tested (negative), and is current on parasite prevention. You can meet her smiling face at Tulsa SPCA and apply to adopt her at , under the Adoptions tab.
