My story
Hey there, my name is Lucy. I was surrendered to the shelter because my family was getting to old to care for me. Sad story huh? Well it did make me sad at first but I'm just a happy girl that I couldn't let it keep me down for long. So the first thing you should know about me is that I have THE BEST boxer wiggle/kidney bean in the world. They tease me because I can't stop wiggling long enough to walk a straight line. But speaking of walks, I do love to go on them yet sometimes I get distracted. What can I say, I really love squirrels and birds. I prefer to eat alone, as I get a little scared another dog will try and eat my food. I like to play with all other dogs but I tend to get very protective of my people when I'm around female dogs. So I think I should only have a fur-brother or I'm ok with being your one and only fur baby too...just whichever is fine by me. I do have some allergies, so I take allergy medication each day which keeps my sneezing at bay. I would love to come snuggle up with you in my new home soon!
